Starting from Thursday, 18 May 2023, you can scan your personal QR-coded voucher (this document has been sent out to your account upon completion of your online registration by no-reply@mail.m-anage.com) at the Self-Printing Machines placed within the Registration Area in order to obtain your badge.

Kindly note that your name badge is the official Symposium identification document and should be worn at all times in order to gain entry into the Conference Centre and be admitted to booked activities and sessions.

Any person who wishes to make a registration for the EADV Symposium can proceed online on the registration system platform until the end of the event (20 May 2023).

Registration on-site is possible, however we suggest you to proceed online in order to enjoy the Symposium starting from the first minute and avoid to queue at the registration desks.

CASH PAYMENT CANNOT BE ACCEPTED ON-SITE

Payments are possible only with the following credit card/debit cards:
Visa, MasterCard, Discovers, Diners club, Maestro, V Pay, Union Pay, JCB

AMEX is not accepted.

• Participants opting for an on-site registration should reach the registration desks located on level 2 of the Module B inside Fibes II close to the main entrance.

How to send the QR-coded voucher to the registered delegates:

• Log into your registration account, select the Group Registration panel and click on the Ticket Pick Up Management button.
  You may decide if you would like to download or send the voucher to your delegates through the online registration platform. Attendees will receive a confirmation registration email from no-reply@mail.m-anage.com with the voucher as attachment.

• Starting from Thursday, 18 May 2023, registered delegates can scan their personal QR-coded voucher at the Self-Printing Machines located in the Registration Area in order to obtain their badge.

We are pleased to inform you that the EADV Registration Team is arranging your registration free of charge. (Please do not register online).

Upon arrival at the event, you will just need to give your name at the Speakers’ Registration Desk  and you will be given your name badge (see below the desk opening hours).

All session rooms are equipped with LCD projection for PowerPoint presentation. Speakers are asked to hand in their presentation at least 3 hours before the lecture if not already uploaded earlier. Speakers with a presentation during the first time slot of the morning are kindly asked to hand in their PowerPoint presentation the day before.

All presentations must be in English. Speakers should also verify in the Final Programme that the name of the room and time of session have not changed.

The speaker preview room is located on level 3 of the Module B inside Fibes II and will be open during the following hours:

All registered participants will be able to download their certificates online based on their level of engagement:

• A Certificate of Attendance is available for all registered participants who have a valid registration badge and attended at least 1 session.
• A CME-CPD Certificate is available for all participants who actively attended scientific sessions, have their badge scanned and completed the online evaluation forms.
• An e-Poster Certificate is available for all leading e-Poster authors
• An Oral presentation Certificate is available for all presenters of an abstract accepted for an oral presentation.

The certificates are not sent out automatically to the attendees and can not be printed onsite.

FIBES I. Please join us in Auditorium 1, on Wednesday 18 May, at 17:45 to celebrate the start of the 18th EADV Symposium and participate in the first plenary lecture of this year’s edition.

The EADV’s Opening Plenary Lecture will be accompanied by the welcome speech of the EADV President, Prof. Martin Röcken, who will officially inaugurate the Symposium.

Following his words, Prof. David Moreno-Ramirez, will present an intriguing lecture on “Surgery of advanced melanoma. Are we facing a turning point?”.

Starting from 18:30, a networking reception is organised in La Plaza, located in front of FIBES I.
