Please process the payment in EUR only after having completed the registration form on the EADV platform, choosing one of the below available methods:

* Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Diners Club, Maestro, VPay, Union Pay and JCB are accepted.

• Please make sure your credit card payment is processed within the published deadlines.

  Please ensure that your bank transfer request has been placed on time since every bank transfer has to be received and visible in the EADV bank account by the relevant published deadlines. Do not forget to specify the Order Number/Group Order number and Participant’s Full Name on all remittances otherwise, your payment cannot be allocated.

   

• Unpaid orders are automatically cancelled after each deadline without further notification. As a consequence, previously distributed unpaid tickets will be cancelled.

• Bank charges are at the expense of the party processing the payment.

Registrations are considered finalised only once the registration process through the registration platform is completed, payment has been received and all required documents have been submitted (when needed).

A notification email along with a QR code voucher and invoice is automatically sent by the registration system upon the successful payment of the registration.
